Position:
1. STORE SUPERVISOR
(CLOSING DATE : 26 MARCH 2011)
Responsibilities:
- To ensure all materials are sufficient in the store
- To ensure materials received from supplier are in good condition and as per PO and comply with PBAPP specifications
- To ensure materials in Store are in good condition, properly stacked and safe
- To ensure ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 documents are properly kept and practiced accordingly and comply towards it
- To ensure physical parts tally with the Service Alliance System’s quantity
- Responsible to monitor mobile warehouse inventory
- To perform any other duties assigned from time to time
- Possess minimum STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualifications (approved by MQA)
- Minimum 8 years working experience in administration field and good accounting knowledge
- Good knowledge in Service Alliance & Oracle system is an added advantage
- Able to operate forklift or electric lift
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
2. SENIOR EXECUTIVE (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)
(CLOSING DATE : 18 MARCH 2011)
Responsibilities:
- To identify, evaluate, propose and implement new projects for business development of PBA Holdings Bhd (PBAHB)
- Responsible in marketing plans, promotional activities and business development of PBA Group
- Responsible in monitoring product development and analyzing product performance
- Maintaining strong rapport with Investment Banks, PR Companies and Research Analyst
- Monitor and update PBAHB’s Corporate website and subsidiaries business updates
- Continuously update Fund Managers on Corporate Strategies and plans
- Monitoring of business plan with SPAN/PBAHB
- Preparation of SPAN’s business plan and any other regulatory matters
- Preparing new subsidiary business unit’s financial projections and assist in establishment of new subsidiaries for PBAHB
- Responsible in feasibility study analysis on new business
- Responsible in monitoring and reviewing risk management of PBA Group and assist in implementation of risk management mitigation plan
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a recognized Degree by MQA (Malaysian Qualifications Agency) in Finance, Accounting or Business
- At least 7 years related working experience in identifying and evaluation of business proposal including financial modeling/analysis and projections
- Computer literate particularly in MS Office Suite
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Mature, analytical mind, result oriented, innovative and possess enterprising, problem solving and leadership skills
- Tenacity to face challenges until complete and satisfactory resolutions of issues
- Able to interact with all levels of people
- Maintain high confidentiality, proactive and always strive for continuous improvement
3. ENGINEER (STRATEGIC PLANNING)
(CLOSING DATE : 18 MARCH 2011)
Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementation of district metering area (DMA)
- To analyse data from DMAs for prioritization of Non-Revenue Water (NRW) management works
- To design and implement Active Leakage Control (ALC), Pressure Management, Step Test etc
- To analyse and evaluate conditions of mains and submains and establish action plans for leakage reduction
- To analyse consumer consumption patterns and trends for the management of apparent losses
- To comply with the safety requirement at all works sites carried out by NRW units
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignment assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a recognized Degree by MQA (Malaysian Qualifications Agency) in any Engineering discipline, preferably in Civil Engineering
- At least 3 years related working experience
- Experience in Non-Revenue Water (NRW) is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of methodology to organize the field works
- Computer literate with MS Office Suite
- Must possess good oral and report writing skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Mature, analytical mind, result oriented, innovative and possess good interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to liaise with external agencies such as local authorities, government agencies.
4. TECHNICIAN (FACILITIES)
(CLOSING DATE : 18 MARCH 2011)
Responsibilities:
- To prepare electrical specifications, bill of quantities, price estimations and electrical drawings
- To supervise electrical projects, contracts, contractor claims and work quality
- To ensure that all working procedures complies to safety and health requirements
- To ensure that all electrical projects/ works complete within the time frame and cost
- To ensure that all electrical projects/ works comply to specifications and other legal requirements
- To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Certificate/ Diploma in Electrical Power/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification approved by MQA
- Minimum 3 years working experience in electrical installation design
- Good theoretical and practical knowledge on electrical installation calculation and design
- Computer literate particularly in Microsoft Office. Ability to use other Engineering software is an added advantage
- Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Posses supervisory, analytical and problem solving skills
- Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess ability to work under pressure, tight schedules and in stringent environment
5. CLERICAL OFFICER (CORPORATE AFFAIRS)
(CLOSING DATE : 18 MARCH 2011)
Responsibilities:
- To ensure all outgoing mails are sent to the respective recipients efficiently on the same day internally and externally
- To ensure the summary of accounts for daily franking are accurate
- To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Possess minimum SPM/MCE or equivalent qualifications approved by MQA
- Minimum 3 years working experience in administration
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
